三色西瓜卷

　　原料：西瓜皮、红黄彩椒、鱿鱼、海鲜汁

　　步骤：西瓜皮和彩椒切成4厘米长的细丝儿，用煮熟的鱿鱼段卷起来，下锅内焯一下，摆放在船形瓜皮上，淋上事先勾好的芡汁即可。
