我一直担心材料不足，因为我们没有房屋联名、银行帐户联名、车联名及各种费用帐单联名等等，以为会要求补材料或面试，没想到我也收到十绿啦。看来孩子是最好的证明！

最后拖拖拉拉快两个月才把补材料寄出，其实差不多就是把之前递交过的再递交一次，材料如下：

如果不是可恶的移民局，我的10年绿卡不到2个月就能收到了，看在补材料后这么快寄出绿卡的份上，还是原谅了他们了。

过程和进程我就不表了，因为我申请的时候很不上心，知道自己肯定拿得到，就把它放一边了。
今天kaki问了我申请的事，我找了一下，居然还好保存了当时从002上copy下来的清单。我这里就贴出来，让以后需要申请的Jms共享。

I-751申请解除条件绿卡
申请前提
持婚姻移民签证入境时，结婚不满2年，将获得2年有效的条件绿卡，持K非移民签证入境，转身份时结婚仍不满2年的，也将获得条件绿卡。
在条件绿卡的批准日（以条件绿卡上标明的有效期为准）满2周年的前90天内需申请I－751解除条件绿卡，获得10年绿卡。
如无意中错过申请期限，需要跟移民中心书面说明理由。如实属无心之失或有客观原因无法如期申请（如等待离婚判决中），一般能获得豁免。

I－751需要夫妻联合联合签名申请，以下情况可以申请豁免联合申请：
o 诚意结婚，但随后美籍配偶去世。 （必须附上配偶死亡证书）
o 诚意结婚，但婚姻后来因离婚而终止。（必须收到离婚证书才可递交申请）
o 诚意结婚，现仍未离婚，但受到美籍配偶极度的虐待。（必须附上有关被虐证据，如果警方证明，医生诊断书，社工报告等）

如果子女获得条件绿卡的时间与父母获得条件绿卡的时间相差在90天之内，可以将合资格的子女包括在同一申请中，如超过90天子女将需要单独申请。

由于处理I－751的系统并不在网上开放，所以目前不可以上网查询个案进度。至于各中心的审理进度可以到以下链接查询（service center一栏）：

审理
共同申请的I-751一般无需面谈，移民局只会随机抽查2％，转到地区移民办公室面谈。
申请豁免的一般都会转到地区办公室进行面谈。
案件转到地区办公室后的进度一般无法预计，但可以参考当地处理AOS面谈的进度。
I-751的面谈与AOS面谈的注意事项基本相同。

通过后
如果免面谈获得通过，收到通知书后，带上2张正面护照照片，通知书，护照，驾照等预约上门办理制作新绿卡。
新绿卡将在1-6个月内（一般4－8周）寄到府上。

今天10绿面试通过，据说卡卡2周后会收到。细节稍后奉上～要赶去下午的工作！

作业：

因为被抽到面试，我心里一直不舒服，心想为啥呀为啥呀….
把从签证到婚姻的所有资料归拢了一堆，其实都是以前交过的，准备好，心不慌。
终于到了面试的日子！好在是10点钟，所以睡得很够，哈哈，准点到达，开始著名的漫长坐等！
只见等候大厅左右一共有三个门，每个门不时就被从里面向大厅打开，出来一位官员，叫某人的名字。
我是有律师的，她事前就多次告诉我，可能会等很久。
我看了这么多姐妹的作业，也早就有思想准备。
律师说：官员的性格不同，被面试的人会有很不同的经历。有的官员很喜欢dig，就会问奇怪的问题，甚至下套儿；有的官员呢就很nice，问一些很正常的问题就让过了。她说，如果被问得不高兴了，别生气，有我呢～～～　我看她大大的笑眼睛，使劲点头。她说，他们就想知道，你是诚意结婚，还是为绿卡结婚。
这个时候，有扇门开了，一个满脸短胡子的男人出来，犹豫了一下，叫了一个名字，律师腾得就站起来了，我虽然不认为那个是我的名字，但是我充分相信律师，哈哈，就跟着她去也～～～

移民官看来以前是见过这个律师的，就点头让我们进去，非常客气礼貌，引领我们到了他的办公室。
宣誓说实话和验明ID（州居民证／驾照，护照，延长信）后，我们坐下，我还是在想这个移民官会刁难还是和气，他已经开始跟我聊天。我集中注意力，瞪大眼睛，试图找出他问题中间的“阴谋”和“陷阱”！
他以问我现在的住址开头，很快转到问以前在中国做什么工作，现在又做什么工作，对工作有什么意见，然后大笑说：现在这个经济情形下，我很感恩我仍然有工作做啊！
然后问我业余时间都做什么….我说：上网，爬山。他又问：你去爬过哪些山？我忙列举了附近几个著名山峰。
然后雷人的来了，他说：“嗯，我现在不晓得该问你什么问题了….”
然后他翻啊翻那些资料，边翻边说：我其实才刚刚拿到这些。。。。不过我相信你有齐备的材料。。。。其实今天我也就是想问问你地址电话号码那些是不是对得上。”
我很纳闷很纳闷。。。真的我被抽签到面试，就是这么简单的面试吗？

然后他就说：我会建议给你签发绿卡，应该2个星期到你家里，不过我也不能说死，所以我现在就说是30天吧。
然后他就笑眯眯地，我们说了很多谢谢，他也说很多谢谢和对不起（for 快10点半才叫我们进去）。我们很快出了门－－－免得夜长梦多哈，呵呵～

停车场里，律师一直感叹：“他为啥问你去哪里hiking捏。。。。。“

让我郁闷了半年的移民面试就如此结束了，想来被抽中真的是运气啊！

2008年7月6左右寄出材料。
2008年8月17-18左右 收到录取biometric 的通知信函。
2008年8月23号录取指模和相片时间，由于我鼻子开刀还戴纱布，工作人员叫我等到鼻子拆了纱布并且看起来好看一点再去，我27号 纱布拆了就去了，不用再预约，但要填一张表，就名字住址之类的。
2008年11月12号收到10年绿卡 。没有面试。

共同申请的I-751一般无需面谈，移民局只会随机抽查2％，转到地区移民办公室面谈。
申请豁免的一般都会转到地区办公室进行面谈。
案件转到地区办公室后的进度一般无法预计，但可以参考当地处理AOS面谈的进度。
I-751的面谈与AOS面谈的注意事项基本相同。

通过后
如果免面谈获得通过，收到通知书后，带上2张正面护照照片，通知书，护照，驾照等预约上门办理制作新绿卡。
新绿卡将在1-6个月内（一般4－8周）寄到府上。

看到眉眉的帖子里说“两年卡11月6号到期，8月6号就可以申请十年”，这里想提醒姐妹们一下，移民局的规定是两年卡过期前90天可以开始申请，而因为有大小月，90天是不等于3个月的。比如眉眉的例子，11月6号前90天是8月8号，而8月6号是过期前92天 — 要是当天就寄出去了，被移民局以“还不到可以申请的时间”退回来就不好了。

所以姐妹们还是应该严格按照90天，而不是3个月来计算可以开始申请十年卡的时间。

如果嫌自己算大小月麻烦或者怕算不准，这里有个简单的方法：大家电脑上都有Excel吧？打开一张空白的Excel sheet，然后在A1里输入你的两年卡过期的日期（注意日期格式），还是以眉眉为例：2009-11-06，然后在B1里输入 “=A1-90″，回车，B1里面显示的就是两年卡过期前整90天的日期。

临时绿卡延期信丢了的解决办法

拿上护照和一张护照相片去 USCIS （事先在 uscis.gov 上面约好 info pass)。
让工作人员给你做一张临时绿卡，其实就是我们以前的 i-94 卡，左上角用照片盖住 i-94 的标识。
这张纸片，就可以当绿卡用了，工作人员说。
有一个好处是，这张纸的绿卡，有效期是从当天开始计算的一年，不是延期信上面的那个日期。

已持10年绿卡,现在要回国发展,是否一定要在美国待6个月?

有意成为美国公民的绿卡持有人必须明白，回美证虽能保留其绿卡，却不能缩短用来申请入籍所需的时间，包括法律上要求的居住时间和实际上居留时间。同时在申请人入籍时，申请人在最近5年中最少要有一半时间居住在美国。

　　为要保全永主居留权，须以客观的行动加以佐证，下列具体行动可供参考：

　　(1)在美国境内购置房地产；

　　(2)在美国申请银行户头；

　　(3)保持美国驾驶执照、信用卡；

　　(4)家人或亲属尽可能定居在美国；

　　(5)想办法在美国找一个职位；

　　(6)要以永久居民身份报税，证明自己是以美国永久居民的身份向美国社会尽义务。在海外工作的美国永久居民，根据自己在海外待留多少天，按一定的比例计算上报的税金。美国税务法规定，美国的永久居民如果在海外工作，其年收入7万美元可以免税。在海外工作的美国永久居民，应该填写1040表格，同时还应该填写1116表格，以计算多少收入可以免税；

　　(7)在美国建立尽可能多的关系，多参加各种社会团体、联盟、会社等；

　　(8)经常回美国，即使是短期停留。

　　对于移居美国的外国公民，在未归化入籍成为美国公民之前，即入境后的5年之内如果要回国，或到其他国家旅游观光的话，因期限长短不同，有4种不同的证件可供出入美国国境使用。

　　(1)出入境加注。新移民领到永久居留身份证明以前，可凭原持护照上的加注印章作临时出入境的签证。此种印章是在移民入境时，口岸移民官员作为入境查验，而加盖的入境许可证章，允许持证人在半年或一年之内凭此证明进出美国。

　　(2)永久居留身份证明即绿卡。如果离开美国不超过一年即能返回，可凭此种证明出入境。

　　(3)再入境许可证。外籍侨民如欲离开美国在一年以上，应该在离境3个月前，向移民局申请“再入境许可证”，即回美证，此种证件有效期一般为两年，如需要延期，可以再延一年。—持有再入境许可证明的人，在国外旅游或经商后，意图再返回美国时，不必申请签证。申请再入境许可证时，申请人前往当地移民局索取一份I一131表格，或电话向移民局索取，请移民局将I一131表格寄给申请人。I一131表格是专门用来申请再入境许可证的表格。

　　上要认真写明自己的外籍永久居留登记证(绿卡)上的号，预计在何时，何地离开美国和前往的国家以及要离开美国多长时间。将填妥的I一131表格缴移民局，并附上2张彩色照片。最好在预定离境至少1个月前提申请，因为一般要等几个月才会批准，不过申请人不必等到回美证拿到手才离开美国。申请入可在申请书上说明，前往国家的使馆领取回美证。

持绿卡入境明起须按10指指纹

美国反恐采取严格新措施，国内安全部16日再次提醒旅客，18日起，所有持绿卡进入美国的人，在入关时也要比照一般外籍旅客，加按10指指纹及拍照。

目前美国永久居民(绿卡持有人)入境美国不须接受拍照及按指纹。

18日生效的新规定适用于自机场、港口等，持绿卡进入美国的人。

但由加拿大及墨西哥等陆地关口入境者，只有被抽查到的人，才须按10指指纹及拍照。

国内安全部提醒指出，1月18日起，美国对入境者摄像及按指纹的「数码化出入境登记系统」（US-VISIT），将适用于几乎所有非公民。

只有14岁以下、79岁以上者，以及持B签证来美短期洽公、旅游的加拿大人，和持A及G签证者，不需按指纹及拍照。

「数码化出入境登记系统」在2004年开始实施。

本月18日起，凡美国的永久居民，持移民签证来美移民人士，难民及寻求政治庇护者，和需要领取I-94出入境表的加拿大籍人士，就都将被要求照相及采集指纹。

指纹将与国内安全部、联邦调查局，以及美国国防部采集自全球恐怖分子巢穴、炸弹或战场上所留下的指纹比对。

国内安全部表示，在入境关口电子记录的旅客生物特征，将与旅客所持旅行证件所载的生物特征比对。

移民律师张先正指出，新规定一旦实施，绝对会影响旅客进关的速度，也显示不是公民，就没有完全的保障。

另外，从本月12日起，所有享有入境美国免签证的国家国民，来美前仍必须先上网，向国内安全部申请入境。申请人须填的资料，与入境美国时，在飞机上所发的I-94W表上必须填的资料相同。国内安全部说，此类申请效期2年，并可多次入境。

美国非公民出入境规定将有重大改变

绿卡持有者出境必须捺指纹的新规定，将于明年将正式启用；到那时候，入境就不用填写I-94出入境表。

机场的航空公司人员在旅客出境时，经常忘记向旅客索取I-94表，而当事人也并不一定警觉必须缴回。如此一来，如果没有出境美国的纪录，将来想申请来美签证会有麻烦。新规实施后，这类困扰可望排除。

国内安全部「数字化出入境登记系统」（US Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology，US-VISIT）主任毛克尼(Robert Mocny)27日展示将于机场及港口电子采集指纹的器材。

毛克尼宣布，国内安全部28日起将在亚特兰大Hartsfield-Jackson国际机场，及大底特律区Wayne County机场，先行试用出境旅客采集指纹程序。而只有在入境时曾被拍照及捺指纹者，才会于出境时被测试。他说，存有旅客的生物特征纪录，旅客及国内安全部就不必担心护照等证件遭窃、变造或遗失。

毛克尼说，许多人认为反恐必须先掌握在美国境内的外籍人士的身分。未来国安单位很容易查出逾期滞美的访客。

万一指纹有点变化还难出入了 ，这样的规定听起来都是愈来愈严格，何况亲身体会了。
