虾米酸菜心

  原料:大虾米3大匙、酸菜心半个

  制作:

  1.酸菜心切斜薄片,不时换水浸泡,最后沥干水分;

  2.虾米、酸菜心放在一起,加一匙酱油、两匙糖和少许香油拌匀,放置两小时后食用。
