蟹粉龙皇饺

  材料:海虾仁、鲜拆蟹粉、咸蛋黄、粟米粉。

  大厨支招:将海虾仁加调味料打成胶状再拌入鲜蟹粉;然后将粟米粉用开水冲熟,用刀拍成薄皮,再包入虾仁馅,捏成黄金饺子形状,放上咸蛋黄蒸至熟。
