香焖沙尖鱼

  食材:沙尖鱼(数条)

  配料:普宁豆酱汁、姜丝、葱

  做法:

  1、下少许油和姜丝热锅,将沙尖鱼放入香煎2分钟

  2、加半匙豆酱,加适量水、盐,加葱盖锅用中火焖2-3分钟。

  3、1分钟后将鱼上碟,加辣椒和元荽伴碟
