递交的材料全由老公准备，大致如下：

　　5、我和老公的护照复印件
　　6、老公07、08年的税单
　　7、我和老公的联名医疗保险
　　8、401K计划受益人的证明
　　9、我儿子（小JACK）的出生证明复印件
　 10、两封好友的证明信
　 11、8张相片

我一直担心材料不足，因为我们没有房屋联名、银行帐户联名、车联名及各种费用帐单联名等等，以为会要求补材料或面试，没想到我也收到十绿啦。看来孩子是最好的证明！

出来；还有就是水电联名账单，我家房子都是联名的，居然还需要这个，不是多此一举嘛，估计是把我的材料搞丢了，就
随手抽些东东让我们补，可恶）

11/16/2009 收到欢迎信(估计发现是自己的错误，所以很快就批准了我的绿卡)

第一次递交的材料：

3. Copy of Notarized marriage certificate.
4. Copy of Permanent Resident Card
5. Copies of joint tax returns for 2007 and 2008.
6. Copy of Tax stimulus check notice.
7. Two sworn affidavit by friend, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
8. Copies of joint bank accounts, Fibre Federal and Wells Fargo.
9. Copies of two life insurance policies.
10.A copy of the 401K beneficiary designation form with & naming & as the beneficiary
11. Copy of car insurance.
12. Copy of dental statement.
13. Copies of quit claim deed assigning property jointly
14. Copy of deed of trust for a second mortgage on house showing & and & as husband and wife.
15. Copies of passports and visas of & and &
16. An original letter received by & and & at the same address from Friend.
17. Various Pictures of & and & with their relatives and friends.

最后拖拖拉拉快两个月才把补材料寄出，其实差不多就是把之前递交过的再递交一次，材料如下：
1st Birth Certificate:

如果不是可恶的移民局，我的10年绿卡不到2个月就能收到了，看在补材料后这么快寄出绿卡的份上，还是原谅了他们了。

过程和进程我就不表了，因为我申请的时候很不上心，知道自己肯定拿得到，就把它放一边了。
今天kaki问了我申请的事，我找了一下，居然还好保存了当时从002上copy下来的清单。我这里就贴出来，让以后需要申请的Jms共享。

I-751申请解除条件绿卡
申请前提
持婚姻移民签证入境时，结婚不满2年，将获得2年有效的条件绿卡，持K非移民签证入境，转身份时结婚仍不满2年的，也将获得条件绿卡。
在条件绿卡的批准日（以条件绿卡上标明的有效期为准）满2周年的前90天内需申请I－751解除条件绿卡，获得10年绿卡。
如无意中错过申请期限，需要跟移民中心书面说明理由。如实属无心之失或有客观原因无法如期申请（如等待离婚判决中），一般能获得豁免。

I－751需要夫妻联合联合签名申请，以下情况可以申请豁免联合申请：
o 诚意结婚，但随后美籍配偶去世。 （必须附上配偶死亡证书）
o 诚意结婚，但婚姻后来因离婚而终止。（必须收到离婚证书才可递交申请）
o 诚意结婚，现仍未离婚，但受到美籍配偶极度的虐待。（必须附上有关被虐证据，如果警方证明，医生诊断书，社工报告等）

如果子女获得条件绿卡的时间与父母获得条件绿卡的时间相差在90天之内，可以将合资格的子女包括在同一申请中，如超过90天子女将需要单独申请。

由于处理I－751的系统并不在网上开放，所以目前不可以上网查询个案进度。至于各中心的审理进度可以到以下链接查询（service center一栏）：

审理
共同申请的I-751一般无需面谈，移民局只会随机抽查2％，转到地区移民办公室面谈。
申请豁免的一般都会转到地区办公室进行面谈。
案件转到地区办公室后的进度一般无法预计，但可以参考当地处理AOS面谈的进度。
I-751的面谈与AOS面谈的注意事项基本相同。

通过后
如果免面谈获得通过，收到通知书后，带上2张正面护照照片，通知书，护照，驾照等预约上门办理制作新绿卡。
新绿卡将在1-6个月内（一般4－8周）寄到府上。

今天10绿面试通过，据说卡卡2周后会收到。细节稍后奉上～要赶去下午的工作！

作业：

因为被抽到面试，我心里一直不舒服，心想为啥呀为啥呀….
把从签证到婚姻的所有资料归拢了一堆，其实都是以前交过的，准备好，心不慌。
终于到了面试的日子！好在是10点钟，所以睡得很够，哈哈，准点到达，开始著名的漫长坐等！
只见等候大厅左右一共有三个门，每个门不时就被从里面向大厅打开，出来一位官员，叫某人的名字。
我是有律师的，她事前就多次告诉我，可能会等很久。
我看了这么多姐妹的作业，也早就有思想准备。
律师说：官员的性格不同，被面试的人会有很不同的经历。有的官员很喜欢dig，就会问奇怪的问题，甚至下套儿；有的官员呢就很nice，问一些很正常的问题就让过了。她说，如果被问得不高兴了，别生气，有我呢～～～　我看她大大的笑眼睛，使劲点头。她说，他们就想知道，你是诚意结婚，还是为绿卡结婚。
这个时候，有扇门开了，一个满脸短胡子的男人出来，犹豫了一下，叫了一个名字，律师腾得就站起来了，我虽然不认为那个是我的名字，但是我充分相信律师，哈哈，就跟着她去也～～～

移民官看来以前是见过这个律师的，就点头让我们进去，非常客气礼貌，引领我们到了他的办公室。
宣誓说实话和验明ID（州居民证／驾照，护照，延长信）后，我们坐下，我还是在想这个移民官会刁难还是和气，他已经开始跟我聊天。我集中注意力，瞪大眼睛，试图找出他问题中间的“阴谋”和“陷阱”！
他以问我现在的住址开头，很快转到问以前在中国做什么工作，现在又做什么工作，对工作有什么意见，然后大笑说：现在这个经济情形下，我很感恩我仍然有工作做啊！
然后问我业余时间都做什么….我说：上网，爬山。他又问：你去爬过哪些山？我忙列举了附近几个著名山峰。
然后雷人的来了，他说：“嗯，我现在不晓得该问你什么问题了….”
然后他翻啊翻那些资料，边翻边说：我其实才刚刚拿到这些。。。。不过我相信你有齐备的材料。。。。其实今天我也就是想问问你地址电话号码那些是不是对得上。”
我很纳闷很纳闷。。。真的我被抽签到面试，就是这么简单的面试吗？

然后他就说：我会建议给你签发绿卡，应该2个星期到你家里，不过我也不能说死，所以我现在就说是30天吧。
然后他就笑眯眯地，我们说了很多谢谢，他也说很多谢谢和对不起（for 快10点半才叫我们进去）。我们很快出了门－－－免得夜长梦多哈，呵呵～

停车场里，律师一直感叹：“他为啥问你去哪里hiking捏。。。。。“

让我郁闷了半年的移民面试就如此结束了，想来被抽中真的是运气啊！

2008年7月6左右寄出材料。
2008年8月17-18左右 收到录取biometric 的通知信函。
2008年8月23号录取指模和相片时间，由于我鼻子开刀还戴纱布，工作人员叫我等到鼻子拆了纱布并且看起来好看一点再去，我27号 纱布拆了就去了，不用再预约，但要填一张表，就名字住址之类的。
2008年11月12号收到10年绿卡 。没有面试。

I have spent time in their household every two weeks or so since right after Xiaohong Li and John Dow were married. We have spent time together on a regular basis more or less as friends. To the best o my knowledge they seem to operate as a very happy family.

Xiaohong Li and John Dow appear to be very devoted to one another, which is evident each time that I visit their home. Their home environment is very comfortable and relaxes with the happiness within showing outward in each member of the family.

由于处理I－751的系统并不在网上开放，所以目前不可以上网查询个案进度。至于各中心的审理进度可以到以下链接查询（service center一栏）：

审理
共同申请的I-751一般无需面谈，移民局只会随机抽查2％，转到地区移民办公室面谈。
申请豁免的一般都会转到地区办公室进行面谈。
案件转到地区办公室后的进度一般无法预计，但可以参考当地处理AOS面谈的进度。
I-751的面谈与AOS面谈的注意事项基本相同。

通过后
如果免面谈获得通过，收到通知书后，带上2张正面护照照片，通知书，护照，驾照等预约上门办理制作新绿卡。
新绿卡将在1-6个月内（一般4－8周）寄到府上。
