材料:鲜虾仁、鱼肚、蹄筋、鱿鱼(切成粒状)等

配料:虾胶

制作:将原材料加工好后,一起打烂起胶,然后放盐、鸡粉、麻油、胡椒粉调味、拌匀。上笼以猛火蒸15分钟即成。
