鸵鸟肉丸

  材料:鸵鸟肉

配料:空心菜、粟米等

制作:先将鸵鸟肉打烂,然后以盐、鸡粉、少许麻油、生粉等调味。再将肉打到起胶,做成球形,裹上粟米,上笼蒸15分钟左右即成。
