菜心牛肉

　　材料：菜心、牛肉。辅料：姜、蒜、盐、糖、蚝油、老抽。

　　做法：

　　1、牛肉腌制入味；

　　2、先炒好菜心上碟，然后再用姜片蒜茸起锅；

　　3、锅内落牛肉，加入盐糖蚝油老抽适量，装碟即可。
