蒜子焖钳鱼

材料:钳鱼,蒜子,老抽,生抽,蚝油,盐,糖,生粉,料酒,花生油。

做法:先将钳鱼-好,洗净切件,用适量盐、糖、生抽、花生油调味备用,开锅下油,爆香蒜子,下调味后的钳鱼,溅料酒,下适量的蚝油、老抽、生抽,调味,勾芡收汁上盘便成。
