酸辣蕨根粉

  原料:九寨沟野生蕨根粉、小米辣椒、杭椒

  制作:

  1.将蕨根粉用开水泡两小时,捞出沥干晾凉;

  2.将湖南的小米辣椒和杭椒切成小段;

  3.用香醋、盐、味精、一品鲜酱油制成调料,淋上即可。
