鲫鱼豆芽汤:

  

  原料:鲜鲫鱼1条,黄豆芽30克,通草3克,精盐些许。

  做法:将鱼去鳞及内脏,加入豆芽、通草用水炖煮,鱼熟汤成后去豆芽、通草。喝其汤,也可食鱼肉。
