萝卜炒牛肉

  [原料]

  熟牛肉150克,白萝卜600克,花生油适量,葱、盐、蒜、湿淀粉各少许。

  [制法]

  1.将牛肉切成小块;白萝卜去皮,切片;葱切段;蒜拍碎备用。

  2.炒锅上火,倒油烧热,爆香蒜头,下萝卜片煸炒,加入盐,盖上盖煮至将烂,下牛肉块,撒下葱段,调味炒熟,加湿淀粉勾芡即成。
