蒜蓉开背虾

原料:虾10只、蒜1头

调味料:盐、糖、耗油、胡椒粉、鸡精。做法:

1)剪去虾须,剪开虾背挑出虾线,把蒜切碎。

2)炒锅放少许油烧五成热,加入蒜末炒香,加调味料炒匀盛出。

3)炒好的蒜蓉放入虾的背部,上蒸锅蒸8分钟。
