冬虫夏草杞子汤

  材料:冬虫夏草10~15条,枸杞子10克,鲜鸡肉100克,味料适量。

  制作:冬虫夏草、枸杞子用清水洗净,鲜鸡肉去外皮洗净,用刀切件,然后三种汤料同放进炖盅内,隔水用中火炖2小时,调味,饮汤食汤渣。

  功效:本食疗能补肾养血益精,对肾虚体弱患者尤为适宜。
