照烧鸡肉串

1)鸡肉切片用酱油,鸡精,黑胡椒粒,白酒抓均匀腌半小时。

2)鸡肉用竹签串好,锅里放油,烧热,放入鸡肉串下去两面炸金黄。

3)调汁,用酱油,白糖,一点白醋,鸡精,浇到鸡肉串上去,煮沸收汁,即可。

4)撒上辣椒粉,孜然粉,白芝麻,装盘。
