烧汁茶树菇炒带子

材料:带子、茶树菇、日式烧汁、姜、牛油、蚝油、菜油、盐、胡椒粉。

做法:先将茶树菇洗净,切成约5厘米长的条状,备用。带子洗净,沥干水分,“飞水”备用。开锅下油,爆香姜片,下茶树菇,继续爆炒,下带子、适量的日式烧汁、少许的蚝油和牛油,猛火爆炒片刻,最后用盐、胡椒粉调味,上碟便可。
