珊瑚蟹肉银丝煲

  材料:红花蟹、猪肉米、粉丝、蒜茸、姜米、鸡蛋白、鲜牛奶。

  制作方法:先将花蟹拆肉,蟹壳留起,粉丝用水浸软备用;然后用油将蒜茸、姜米、猪肉米略炒,调好味后放入粉丝炒香,再放入瓦煲;之后在花蟹肉内放入鸡蛋白、鲜奶及调味料,用文火炒熟后放在粉丝上面,再将蟹盖盖上即可。
