莲藕炆猪手

材料:莲藕、猪手、京葱、姜片、南乳、陈皮、花生油、米酒、上汤或水、盐、糖。

做法:将猪手去毛、洗净、斩件,下姜、酒飞水备用。开镬下油爆香京葱、姜片,下南乳、猪手炒香,放入上汤或水、陈皮、莲藕,盖上镬盖,将猪手煮至稔,下盐、糖调味,上碟便成。
