蟹黄冬瓜盒

  原料:冬瓜500克,虾胶200克,蟹粉100克,蟹黄25克。

  制法:1.冬瓜切成扇形,中间挖空,飞水待用,蟹粉虾胶打成馅。

  2.蟹粉虾仁馅酿入冬瓜盒中,上笼略蒸。

  3.将蟹黄煸香至金黄加少许清汤,勾芡淋在冬瓜盒上即可。
